All payment plans lock-in current pricing for 12 months. Refer to the specific Purchase Agreement for exact terms.

Standard Model Discount Plan
10% deposit due with signed purchase agreement and design order
40% due 30 days before delivery (guaranteed 30 day delivery if desired)
48% due upon delivery via certified funds (2% discount if no drafting changes made)

Priority Service Plan for Custom Homes
50% deposit due with signed purchase agreement and design order
45 day guaranteed delivery after signed approved plans are received by TLH
50% package total due upon delivery – certified funds
Priority Service in Drafting – 48 hour start time on initial plans and revisions

Customary Payment Plan
10% deposit with signed purchase agreement and design order
40% addition deposit and signed approved plans due 45 days prior to delivery
50% package total due upon delivery – certified funds
Priority Service in Drafting – 48 hour start time on revisions (# may be limited)

Bank Letter of Credit Plan
10% deposit with signed purchase agreement and design order
Irrevocable bank letter of credit guaranteeing 90% balance in Tennessee Log Homes’ approved format due 45 days prior to delivery accompanied with signed approved plans
Complete final balance due upon delivery – certified funds

Twelve Month Lay-Away Plan
Minimum deposit based on TLH Design Center guidelines accompanied with signed purchase agreement and design order
10% of purchase agreement value divided in ten equal monthly payments
40% additional deposit due 45 days prior to delivery
50% package total due upon delivery – certified funds
