  This includes; initial lot inspection, suggested house orientation, driveway and utility location.
  
  
• Design
  We will work with you to modify one of our existing designs or, sit down with you and design a home from scratch, paying close attention to your needs.
  
  
• Delivery
  When your materials package arrives a representative will be there to help you Inventory the log package.
  
  
• Technical service
  One day on site technical service is provided on the day you start building your log home. Our toll free number is available to you for any technical assistance or questions you may have throughout your project. With your project a comprehensive manual is provided.
  
  
• Inspections
  After your home is completed, we will follow up with a six-month inspection.
  
  
• Financing
  We work with several lenders that are experienced in log home financing.

• Turn-key
  From start to finish we handle everything. From permits to finish work. We will also assist you in flooring, cabinets, and color selections.
  
  
• Project management
  We will manage your project with your involvement. This may include: hiring subcontractors, and doing some of the work yourself. Project management saves you money as opposed to using a general contractor.
  
  
• Owner/builder
  We will assist you in any areas you may need help.
