DETERMINE what you can afford. How much can you spend on the total project? We can tailor a plan to fit your lifestyle, and, more importantly, your budget. |

CHOOSE a house plan. To help you, we have over 300 plans on this site and thousands more in-house. Or you may already have one. How about that plan in the magazine you liked or your sketch on the dinner napkin? Standard plans, custom plans, your plans, our plans. No problem! Choose a plan that fits your budget. Generally, our homes can be built for 2 to 3 times the Tennessee Traditions package price. |

EXPLORE your options. Choose from our wide variety of log styles, roof systems and package contents. Receive a complete Materials List for any standard or custom package. Remember, we don't skimp on our packages or our component quality. If you get a competitor's quote that is significantly lower, you are probably not comparing apples-to-apples. |

| Step 6. |
DEVELOP construction estimates to fit your budget and determine your role in the building process. Formulate a time plan and develop a list of builders, general contractors & sub-contractors. There are usually ways to tailor a plan, the way it's built, and the package components to help you stay within your budget. Your sales rep can help. |

PURCHASE the package. DON'T FORGET our complete line of interior products and accessories.... custom iron railing, special interior trim packages, interior flooring, cabinets, mantles, decorative posts and trusses, interior doors, cultured stone, homecare products.... the list goes on and on. |

SCHEDULE DELIVERY Once your plans are complete and your financing is all set, we'll manufacture and deliver your Tennessee Log Home package. |
